Evidence-based decision support

Helping people make wiser health decisions

People delay screenings, refuse vaccines, skip medications that could save their lives. They have questions no one answers, and fears no one addresses. We're building the tools and conversations that meet people where they are.

People make health decisions that hurt them

They skip screenings that catch cancer early. Refuse statins that prevent heart attacks. Delay vaccines that stop outbreaks. The evidence is overwhelming, but it doesn't matter.

Sometimes they don't know the facts. Sometimes they know but don't believe them. Sometimes they believe but still can't act. Fifteen-minute appointments can't untangle this.

The result: millions of preventable deaths, billions in wasted healthcare spending, and enormous suffering that didn't have to happen.

We're building tools that can change this.

28M
Adults eligible for colorectal screening who have never been screened
30M
Statin-eligible adults not taking medication that could prevent cardiac events
~11M
Projected measles cases over 25 years if MMR uptake continues to decline

We tested this on one of the hardest problems

Preregistered RCT with MMR-hesitant parents

+1.03 points on 7-point vaccination intent scale

Parents who received our intervention increased their MMR vaccination intent by more than a full point relative to control. Nearly two-thirds of treated participants moved at least one point. The effect persisted for days.

β̂ = 1.03, 95% CI [0.72, 1.34]

This is an unusually large effect for a brief informational intervention. And we chose one of the hardest cases: childhood vaccination hesitancy in 2025.

Structured content and adaptive conversation

Our approach combines carefully designed informational sequences with AI-powered dialogue that meets people where they are.

01

Clear, compelling content

Evidence presented without jargon, informed by behavioral science. Brief enough to hold attention, substantive enough to inform good decisions.

02

Patient, adaptive dialogue

A conversation that addresses specific questions and misconceptions in any language, without judgment, and without running out of time.

03

Actionable insights

For clinical partners: a summary of what moved the person, what concerns remain, and what to focus on in follow-up.

When people choose wisely, everyone wins

Health Systems & Providers

Difficult conversations take time you don't have. We give patients space to work through concerns before the visit, then brief you on what they need.

Health Insurers

Quality metrics drive your business. We help members complete vaccinations, screenings, and treatments, improving scores and reducing avoidable complications.

Public Health Departments

Low uptake and outbreaks strain budgets and public trust. We reach hesitant populations with respectful, evidence-based approaches that move the numbers.

Self-Insured Employers

Healthcare costs and absenteeism hit your bottom line. Help employees engage with preventive care while positioning wellness as a real benefit.
